What is the Aura?

The Aura is a premium, full-size UV-C toothbrush sanitiSer designed to completely upgrade your daily hygiene routine. 

 

Instead of leaving your toothbrush exposed to airborne bathroom bacteria (like "toilet plume") or trapped in a damp, mold-prone plastic cap, the Aura provides a sleek, enclosed sanctuary for your bristles. 

 

It automatically uses powerful UV-C light to actively destroy hidden germs and moisture after every single use, guaranteeing there are absolutely no nasties on your toothbrush.

What  does the UVC light do?

 The Aura uses a specific wavelength of UV-C light that disrupts the DNA of bacteria and germs, killing up to 99.9% of the nasties that grow on damp bristles. It’s a deep clean for your brush every single time you use it.

Is the Aura suitable for everyday use?

Yes! The Aura is engineered for daily, consistent use. 

 

For the best results, we recommend sanitising your toothbrush after every brushing session (twice a day).

 

Gentle on Bristles: Unlike boiling water or harsh chemicals, our medical-grade UV-C light is a "dry" sanitisation process. It eliminates 99.9% of germs without damaging or warping the bristles of your manual or electric toothbrush.

 

 

Automatic Protection: Because your bathroom is a high-moisture environment where bacteria can double every 20 minutes, using the Cheeky Smile daily ensures you aren't "re-infecting" your mouth with yesterday's germs.

Does the Aura fit electric toothbrushes?

Yes, perfectly! 

We designed the Aura with a universal "widened slot" system. It is fully compatible with 99% of manual and electric toothbrushes on the market.

 

Top Brands: It fits all major models, including Oral-B (even the larger iO series), Philips Sonicare and Colgate electric brushes.

 

How it works: You should not need to detach your electric brush head, you can often dock the entire unit. The silicone holder inside the Aura can be removed to accommodate wider brush heads.

 

Deep Reach: The UV-C light is positioned to wrap around the bristles, ensuring that even the dense, oscillating heads of electric brushes get a medical-grade 99.9% clean.

How does the Aura work?

Using the Aura is simple and touch-free.

  • Step 1: After brushing, give your toothbrush a quick rinse and shake off excess water.
  • Step 2: Place the brush head into the Aura silicone holder.
  • Step 3: Close the lid. The UV-C sterilisation cycle will begin automatically (look for the soft blue glow!) and turn off once the cycle is complete.

How effective is the Aura?

The Aura is designed to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria and viruses on toothbrush bristles. 

 

This is the industry gold standard for UV-C sanitisers. 

 

It achieves this by using a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light (typically between 254nm and 280nm) that penetrates the cells of microorganisms.

How often does the Aura need to be charged?

No batteries are required! Each Aura  comes with a USB-C charging cable. Simply plug it into any standard USB port (like a phone charger or laptop).

 

Charging time: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.

 

How long it lasts: On a full charge, the Aura will last up to 30 days with normal use (twice a day), so you won’t have a mess of cables in your bathroom. Thats 60 cycles!

How do I attach the Aura and then use it for travel?

It is incredibly simple and 100% drill-free. 

 

Use the included sticky wall mount to attach the base securely to your bathroom tiles or mirror. The Aura unit then slides seamlessly onto this mount. When you are ready to travel or head to the gym, just lift the Aura off the wall plate and take it with you. The mount stays on the wall, ready for when you get back!
